We appreciate the opportunity to discuss our process on properly positioning a business for sale, finding a strategic investor, and / or merging your business with another one.

First of all, let us assure you that this is NOT one of these “Hard Sell” events where you are being asked to issue a check for $45,000 at the end of the event or to commit “on the spot” to sell your business. As a matter of fact, we have never taken upfront retainers and we always discuss in detail with clients whether a sale makes sense and under what terms! 

We would like to assure you that confidentiality and proper valuation are the most important aspects of any transaction. Hundreds of business owners have worked with us using this approach and the success of the past ten years has confirmed this to be the right way. Your name will never be released at our seminars or in the process thereafter!
