The company is committed to providing its clients with quality service and adheres to the highest ethical practices. The company recognizes the importance of handling your personal information with care, and is dedicated to protecting the privacy of all visitors to the website as well as participants in the company’s email marketing campaigns, subject to the following terms:

By using this Web site, you agree to the terms of this Company Marketability Assessment (“CMA”) and Privacy Policy (“PP”). Whenever you submit information via this site, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Gathering and Use Of Information:

ANA collects information voluntarily provided by our clients and potential clients (hereinafter referred to as “you” and “your”) through our website, email marketing campaigns, and any other points of personal data gathering. However, we do not require our users to submit personal information to obtain general access to our website, however, for certain assessments certain data is collected from you. Information that is collected is used to improve our services to you and to better serve your needs by providing ANA with information about your interest in our services. In addition, the information collected helps us evaluate what types of information might be of most interest to you, and will help in establishing certain parameters in selling a company.

Any information or personal data that we collect by way of web site users who send us e-mails, faxes, or fill-in online forms containing personal information is used, solely, for purposes related to the brokerage services we provide to business buyers or sellers. ANA does not sell any information to third parties.

ANA has established appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safety guidelines to protect the security and confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information. We educate our employees and team members about the terms of this Notice and the importance of customer privacy. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees and others who need to know that information to provide services to you, to maintain your accounts, or conduct our business.

Terms and Conditions of the Company Marketability Assessment

Data collected under the CMA will be used to establish an approximate framework for a company’s marketability within the general economy. The data input is conducted solely by you and thus, we can neither review, if the data is the correct and plausible information, nor do we have an opportunity to audit the information prior to report issuance.  As such, the report being issued solely relies on your personal input.

The report shall neither be used as a stand-alone assessment for selling a company, financing or any other purpose, nor can ANA assume any responsibility for the correctness of the inputted information and the subsequent results. The underlying proprietary algorithms in establishing a report are subject to changes over time at the discretion of ANA, reflecting general market conditions.  You recognize that the assessment is a subjective assessment based on ANA’s general market observations and that such market assessment can vary in between various firms and its professionals. As such the report in itself is merely an approximation and is of limited use as a stand-alone report but is most useful in conjunction with a detailed formal business valuation. The report will be interpreted and presented to you by an ANA representative.

As such, you and/or any associated party of yours hereby indemnify and hold harmless ANA, its Broker, agents, contractors, representatives and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, actions, causes of actions and damages, arising from or relating to any injury or loss arising out of, from, or attributed to the use of the website and the CMA, the report issued and matters subject thereto. In case of litigation due to the CMA, aforesaid indemnification shall provide, without limitation, including but not limited to, reimbursement of all reasonable attorney's fees incurred by ANA in connection with the assessment, in addition to $550/hour fees for any work performed by ANA, its Broker, agents, contractors, representatives and employees in litigation. DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO AFORESAID TERMS.

Categories of Information We Disclose and to Whom

Generally, ANA does not disclose any information about our clients or former clients to any other third party, except as required by law. Should this policy change, we will post an updated policy on our website.

ANA may disclose, however, certain types of information to third party companies that help the company to conduct business and to serve you, such as information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, government agencies and from your agent banks and prime brokers where applicable, and from other sources, such as information concerning credit worthiness and history, and certain information requested pursuant to US Patriot Act anti-money laundering prevention rules and regulations.
