Andrew Crefeld has more than 20 years of experience founding, leading and modernizing technology‑enabled service organizations, where he has built, scaled, and repositioned teams across real estate media, enterprise services, and high‑growth operational environments. His career spans service as a U.S. Air Force officer, founder, executive, and strategic advisor, with a track record of strengthening operations, driving revenue expansion, and guiding organizations through transition, integration, and strategic change.

Andrew was the founder and CEO of HouseLens, a tech‑enabled media and software company that grew from a single‑market startup into a forty‑market operation with 48 employees and more than $3.8 million in annual revenue. Under his leadership, the company became a national provider of real‑estate visual marketing solutions and was ultimately acquired by a strategic buyer, where Andrew continued to lead post‑acquisition integration and enterprise program development.

Earlier in his career, Andrew served in the U.S. Air Force, supporting global network modernization and secure communications initiatives—experience that shaped his disciplined, systems‑driven approach to leadership.

As founder of ACI, Andrew has advised business owners on growth, operational scale, and exit readiness, helping companies strengthen their systems, financial clarity, and market positioning. His work spans software development, enterprise systems integration, and strategic planning for organizations preparing for acquisition or expansion.

Andrew holds deep expertise in operations, sales, IT systems, and acquisition strategy, with a track record of leading organizations through growth, transition, and transformation.
